Skool Extensions — Delete your data

What gets deleted

Your account at Skool Extensions (Skool ID and handle, display name, plan and trial data, tokens of all devices and apps).
Your Cloud Sync data (encrypted settings, bookmarks, templates, group chat keys), workflows and their logs, push devices and push settings, a stored Skool session.
Your own group chat messages are anonymized; groups you created pass to the longest-standing member so the other members keep their history.
CRM workspaces you own pass to the oldest active admin; your entries in other people's workspaces are removed. Backup copies expire with the regular backup rotation.

What you can do yourself right away

Signing out of the mobile app or web app removes that device from push notifications and deletes the Skool session stored for it. In the extension under Settings → Integration you can revoke app and API tokens individually, and under Workflow Builder → Settings delete the stored cookie. Turning off Cloud Sync in the extension removes your synced data.

Request deletion

Fill in the form. We send the request to our support mailbox, verify that it comes from the account holder (by replying to your contact email) and then delete the data. You receive a confirmation when it is done.

Contact email

We reply to this address to confirm the request — ideally the email of your Skool account.

What should be deleted? Everything — my complete account at Skool Extensions (extension, mobile app and web app). Only the mobile app / web app data — devices, push settings, stored Skool session and app tokens. The extension account stays.

I am the holder of this Skool account and request the deletion. I understand that deleted data cannot be restored.

Timeline

We confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification. Error reports are deleted automatically after 90 days, workflow logs after 30 days. Legal retention duties (e.g. invoices) are not affected.
